Welcome to BornReady. These Terms of Service govern your use of the BornReady app and website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

BornReady provides general educational information, planning tools, and an AI assistant to help partners support someone through pregnancy and the postpartum period. BornReady is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Do not attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the service.
Do not rely on the AI assistant or any content for emergency medical decisions.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Premium features are available via paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the More menu. Refunds, where offered, are handled through our payment processor.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the information you enter (such as preferences, notes, and tracker data). You grant BornReady a limited license to store and process this information solely to operate the service for you.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BornReady does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Educational content is general and may not apply to your specific situation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BornReady will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Profile & settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
