What we collect
- Account info: email address and authentication details.
- Profile & preferences: name, partner's name, due date, dietary preferences, and other settings you provide.
- App activity: tracker entries, saved lists, AI questions you ask, and other content you create in the app.
- Technical data: device, browser, and basic usage metrics needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
- To operate features you use (saving entries, generating tips, answering AI questions).
- To send you product communications you opt in to, such as the daily tip email.
- To keep the service reliable and secure.
- To process subscription payments through our payment processor.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
- We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not use your private app content to train third-party AI models.
Email communications
Daily tip emails are optional and you can turn them off any time from Profile & settings or by using the unsubscribe link in any email. The subject and body are intentionally general and never reveal personal health specifics.
Service providers
We use a small set of trusted providers to host the app, store data, process payments, send email, and power the AI assistant. They process data only on our behalf and under contract.
Your choices
- Access & export: download a copy of your data from Profile & settings.
- Delete: permanently delete your account and data from Profile & settings.
- Email opt-out: unsubscribe from any product email at any time.
Children
BornReady is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.
Changes
We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email.
